Meet the team

REV3 Developments equates to ‘revolutionary, elegant and versatile thinking.’

Ivan, and Vincent, all professionals aged in their 30s, come from successful business backgrounds here in New Zealand and overseas.

A major part of REV3’s strength is through diversity, both in terms of our backgrounds, abilities and new ideas. As directors we’ve brought these together to create one company.

This includes our familiarity with high density Asian cities where high quality, inner city apartment living is very aspirational – Manila, Hong Kong and Colombo – and the desire to provide the best of those lifestyle benefits to New Zealanders at an affordable cost.

Ivan has an MBA degree with a graduate diploma in business from Waikato Institute of Technology, with extensive construction experience gained through his work for a large Canterbury-based construction company.

Vincent is an electrical engineer and University of Canterbury graduate. He has a passion for taking innovative concepts through to fruition and keeping fresh ideas flowing within the team.

Together we want Kiwis to share in success through investing with us or taking a stake in our property developments.

Our major development in Trinity Terraces which has a total of 31 town-houses and apartments are all SOLD.

There’s also widespread interest in our most recent development announcement – Cathedral Towers, which will be the catalyst to reinvigorate Cathedral Square like nothing the city has seen.  The two building development will be connected by airbridge and feature a retail and business floor, a rooftop bar and hospitality area and accommodate 60 apartments with innovative features never before seen in a local development.
